Speed of the internet depends on the bandwidth allocated to it in the users system. Usually system bandwidth (100%) is shared among different protocols and operations and only 20% of it is allocated to internet. That is even if your internet is speed enough, it is limited by this bandwidth in order for other proccess. If this bandwidth is increased to 100% then the speed of internet can be increased upto 20% than usual.
